This village is both typical of the old and new China. While there are many old and old-style homes in this village nestled up against the mountains that ring Beijing, there are modern villas and townhouses such as this one. Also the village has the 18 hole Taiwei Golf Club, home to the annual Buddha Cup, restaurants and cultural attractions. If you have a large family or group this private house is ideal for you. If you want to sightsee during your stay, it is a short ride to the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, recreation and water parks.


The village is connected by bus to the new #5 subway. A personal assistant could be arranged, as well as transportation and use of the golf course.


The house will be available from May 1-September 30th. During the Olympics the rent will be 888 euros per day. For longer stays including or excluding the Olympics, a lower more reasonable rate can be negotiated.
